    Conscious of the gap between the traditional educational environment and the realities of the world of work, we focus on providing a stimulating and safe environment where young people can learn by doing. Using business simulations, role-play, case studies to encourage maximum participation; combining these with practical projects and focused internships in companies; and providing participants with the support of a mentor experienced in a related field to enhance learning are key pillars of our approach. Many of the programmes designed by us have been at post-graduate level but our strong pedagogical background has enabled us to develop initiatives for application at undergraduate or even secondary school level.

    We know from experience that entrepreneurs and senior executives want something more when they enter a classroom – to be challenged, to exchange experiences with like-minded individuals, to find out about the latest trends in a particular field and, most of all, to take something back to their business that will help them improve their competitiveness, develop new opportunities, or become more effective. Programmes designed by us incorporate strong interactive elements; company based projects form are an integral part of the learning process, and our programmes are delivered by an international group of professionals who are leaders in their field.
